Marriage is a sacrament of vocation.

Preparation for this Sacrament needs to be arranged and generally six months notice is required for all weddings in the Archdiocese.

The parish priests celebrate weddings of parishioners only.

Parishioners and Catholics residing within the parish are welcomed to be married at St Mark’s.

People outside the parish are welcome to book the Church but they need to arrange their own priest.

No weddings are conducted in the Season of Lent (i.e. six weeks prior to Easter).
